Most people consider gratitude to be merely a matter of social politeness or  ethical obligation.

But both the natural sciences & other sciences about humanity uncover about us is that Gratitude works.

In fact, it works so profoundly, powerfully on a deeply moral level & physically level on every part of us that it truly could be the ultimate catalyst for holistic growth.

Ethical Footprint & the Social Glue:

Gratitude is a way humanity acknowledges that all of us are interconnected, mutually dependent, a vital, important piece of a whole unit of humanity leading to a functioning civilization.

Dogs, elephants, horses express thanks for kindness by being loyal, loving, kind, devoted even grateful, in their manner as  mammals our biological design recognizes good treatment.

But humans are complex, sophisticated conscious beings for a higher purpose.

Human beings give to each other intangibly as well, share trials & develop a communal consciousness not because of an instinctual bond (animals may have one) but out of awareness & therefore the deliberate, intelligent expression of gratitude.

Science of Growth - Social Domino Effect of Character

Gratitude is not just a feeling but Gratitude activates multiple internal & external factors in the brain & nervous system to bring us further successes & healthier lives.

Neuroplasticity & Happiness:

When we consciously practice thankfulness, we are activating the brain’s reward circuitry & cause the secretion of the neurochemicals dopamine & serotonin. This rewires the brain to look for abundance, instead of scarcity, thus significantly lessening anxiety & stress.

Nature of Character & How to Get Respect:

Grateful has actually been correlated with the build-up of a particular set of trustworthy & strong character traits over time.

Social Domino Affects & its Result:

Good character naturally brings about respect among family, peers, bosses, subordinates & others. By this they understand your genuineness & your reliability so you are inviting them to rely on you, to support you throughout challenges & also help you overcome hardships.

Gratitude is not just a polite moral custom. It is the best proven science of self-mastery & interpersonal growth.

Also it is a vital mechanism that helps elevates personal well-being & strengthens society as a whole.

It sends the ripple effect which helps boost your personal success in business, personal relationships & as part of society in general.
