Can "Karma" Have a Scientific Explanation?

In my earlier blog Love Entanglement = Quantum Entanglement I discussed how it is possible for love to transcend the distance between bodies without any visible connecting link using modern science & parallels with quantum entanglement. In that blog, I also made reference to the Hindu concept of "Karma" where in order to resolve & untangle our deeds it is assumed we have to take numerous rebirths.

But how is it possible for "Karma" to be carried from life to life? And is there a possible scientific explanation to this belief?

Let us consider one possible explanation:

We Are Condensed Energy

Essentially we are made of atoms & energy. At a sub-atomic level, the matter making up our physical bodies consists of energetic fields that appear as particles, such as quarks & electrons. Though we appear to be physical flesh & blood it is actually made up of energetic fields thatrequire constant consumption & emission of energy to survive. The protons & neutrons that comprise the mass of our bodies are composed of quarks & these protons & neutrons contain around 99% mass due to the kinetic & binding energies between the quarks. Basically speaking we are a form of crystallized & condensed energy.

The Law of Conservation

When we die the matter that makes us up doesn't simply disappear; we adhere to the strict laws of conservation of mass & energy. Complex organic molecules break down, through decomposition or cremation atoms such as nitrogen, oxygen & carbon become incorporated into other life forms & the environment, perhaps even the air. Atoms don't "die", in fact it has been suggested that the same atoms that composed your physical body are still around somewhere on Earth & have probably now been used to compose another person or plant & can even exist as gaseous waste & will one day be reabsorbed. When bodies are cremated the molecules they comprise are converted into gas & then into vapor that can be reused, as bone matter, calcium, phosphorus etc. remain behind. Our bodies energy is given off in the form of heat & light radiating into the Universe & even if our ordinary chemical processes only rearrange our atoms into other molecules, we now know via physics that atoms can also convert directly into energy through annihilation. Our constituent atoms are still there in the Universal cycle.

The Soul is a Field Not yet Discovered.

We don't know if the Soul exists or not, but as yet we haven't disproven it either.

The soul could be an energetic field that we cannot yet measure or detect, this field being indivisible & incorruptible, capable of interfacing with a biological body at conception. A computer can send huge amounts of data to a smart phone & yet there is no physical wire connection! Surely the soul can have the ability to encode &transport the data of our Karma?

If someone had proposed radio waves that could transmit our voices across the world before the invention of radio they would have been ridiculed. We simply did not have the capability to detect these waves & if that is so maybe we haven't yet got the technology or capability to detect the souls of us?

Conclusion:

Science has shown us we are nothing but atoms & energy which when we die can be recycled into the universe.

If the soul is another field of energy that cannot yet be detected then maybe it contains the 'data' of our Karma which carries from one life form to another until all data has been sorted out, until the soul is pure undiluted energy again and is once more incorporated into the energy source that created it, the universe.
