Harmony Within: The Vital Role of the Seven Chakras
True wellness is so much more
than that which can be seen & felt. With all the emphasis placed on the mind/body
connection & the external factors contributing to health these days,
there's an unseen force which binds everything together-our vitality. Though
modern science & biology provides facts (which are very important, by the
way), Yoga addresses vitality from a more energetic standpoint.
The practice of Yoga dictates there are seven primary energy centers in our bodies called “Chakras”. These Chakras must be well cared for & in balance to facilitate the flow of energy throughout our physical body. It should also be stated that the practice of Yoga isn't a new fad but has been refined for over 7,000 years & is universally expected for its benefits globally.
Similar to our physical bodies needing consistent maintenance, our Chakras need consistent attention, through a different form of care.
I've personally used a blend of Yoga, Pranayama (breathing), meditation & Tibetan sound healing (a seven-bowl set that harmonizes with each specific Chakra) to ensure my own Chakras are clear. I have taken these sessions for others & have seen their positive changes& feedbacks.
It is best to learn these from a knowledgeable practitioner but through personal experience, I have found that the effects are felt quite quickly. In the end, there's only so much one can say. It's truly a feeling that must be experienced.

“Darling, I love you. Will you be
my wife?" I cannot live without you. For months she wanted to say or
hear those magic words from him. It did not take her a minute to think about
it, but she happily accepted it. She could still feel the tremor in her knees

and never made decisions without thinking. He has been that way all his
life. But there was no logic as to why he wanted her to be his wife when
they first met.
